Our Policy

At Radical Hair Design we have certain policies and procedures in place that help the smooth runnings of our hair salon. If you have any questions regarding any of the below terms, please email us on info@radicalhair.com.au or call us on 9651 3200 and request the Manage or Directors.

SERVICE GUARANTEE
At Radical Hair Design, we strive to provide high end and quality services by our highly trained and professional staff. We always offer free & in depthconsultations on the day of your appointment or before a service if requested. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result and believe it is not congruent with your initial consultation, we will happily redo the service – please always be honest and open as we aim for a happy hair community. This period of time for a redo is 2 weeks after the initial date of service. This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged in full.

CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING and DEPOSITS
As salon policy, all new clients are expected to pay a deposit for the service of $50 and 50% deposit for hair extension bookings. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive a confirmation message. Please respond to the message confirming the appointment or please CALL/TEXT BACK to cancel this. If you fail to respond to TWO confirmation messages your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will be sent a cancelation message. We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel BEFORE 24 hours before your service, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your hair service, unfortunately you will not be refunded your deposit. Please take into consideration that your hair appointment is secured especially for you and in the unfortunate event of canceling, it is hard on us as a small business to fill this space. Please respect this policy and please cancel before 24 hours to avoid paying the cancelation fee. Thank you so much!

PRODUCT(S) EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not provide refunds on any products purchased, however if a product is faulty we will happily exchange this for you. If any mechanical items are purchased such as CloudNine Irons, one year warranty is provided. Please keep your receipt of purchase to then be able to contact CloudNine.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY (PRIVACY)
We ask that all guests and clients respect the privacy of our staff members, particularly on social media and not “friend request” them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat & other social media channel. This is the same for you, if Radical Hair Design staff go out of their way to add you on social media, please politely decline. Our staff all have heir own professional social media accounts on Instagram, this is where you can interact and contact staff. Please also respect & only contact staff during work hours only if possible. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact the salon and speak with the Manager or Directors.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and abide by the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
